Responsibilities:
Design and implement AI-powered solutions for predictive maintenance and asset optimization, enhancing efficiency across the value chain.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused solutions that drive measurable outcomes, from planning to execution.
Leverage advanced analytics and machine learning architecture and solutions to solve complex challenges in asset management.
Contribute to innovative projects that align with Lighthouse Consulting AS’s mission to deliver transformative value to our clients; at scale and speed in quality.
Adapt to evolving priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Qualifications:
Expertise in AI, machine learning, data science, or asset management (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency in tools such as Python, TensorFlow, SAP PM, Maximo, or other relevant platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on first-principles thinking.
Experience in optimizing end-to-end value chains, ideally in asset lifecycle management, manufacturing, or logistics for the above-mentioned industry sectors.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity, learn rapidly, and work collaboratively.
