About EquaFish:
EquaFish creates a time-saving user interface for management systems in land-based farming. Our users are production managers, and our customers are land-based aquaculture systems producing all kinds of fish. EquaFish aims to merge various data collection systems into one simple interface for land-based aquaculture facilities. Our vision is to be the best decision support tool for land-based fish farmers, helping fish grow faster with less risk. The role:
We are looking for ambitious and determined software developers for our startup. Our venture is in rapid growth, and we will soon need you on our team if you have experience/knowledge in frontend, backend, or UX design. You are passionate about programming and find joy in creating solutions loved by users. This is a fantastic opportunity for developers who enjoy creating exciting solutions and want experience in the startup world.
We offer trial periods of 6-8 weeks, where you decide your own workload. The trial is a test both ways to see if we are a fit. If so, we will hire you as soon as we have a reliable revenue stream. We are also open to offering our first employees a share of stocks at a low price.
Responsibility areas:
Contribute to the development of our software solution using TypeScript, Node, TRPC, and REST APIs., or
Design user-friendly solutions with a strong understanding of UI/UX principles.
Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
Contribute to planning and implementing the roadmap.
Who are you:
You have knowledge in TypeScript, Node, TRPC, and REST APIs, with an interest in learning other programming languages and technologies as needes
You have some experience with full-stack development.
You have strong understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to design user-friendly solutions
Some experience in TailwindCSS and SHADCN
You are independent, collaborative, and eager to learn, with some experience in development environments and higher education.
You have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
You thrive in an environment with a high degree of freedom and flexibility.
