We are looking for two Maritime Trainees to join the DOF Group: a working environment consisting of highly educated, skilled, positive, innovative, and enthusiastic employees. Here you will be introduced to all aspects of marine operations and progress through different subsea project stages, from tendering to offshore project delivery and marine technology.
We offer a structured, well established 18-month Trainee program in cooperation with the Norwegian Shipowners association. Requirements
- MSc in Engineering (e.g., Structural, Naval, Maritime, Marine Technology, Mechanical, Subsea Technology, Innovation, Renewable Energy) or MSc Industrial Economics, Technology Management or similar
- You have 0-2 years professional experience
- Maritime industry knowledge or interest
- Can solve complex challenges with your innovative generation Z toolkit
- Interest in strategy, and how to apply new technology to improve business
- Fluent in English (an additional language is a plus)
Office locations are Marineholmen, Bergen and Storebø, Austevoll (This position will require presence at both locations).
