Bedriftspresentasjon med Solution Seeker

We are an NTNU deep-tech startup originally out of the cybernetics department. We all love NTNU and can’t wait to visit Trondheim during recruitment season. Our goal with “bedpres” is that everyone at NTNU should have heard of Solution Seeker, and hopefully we find a few cool new colleagues too. We are looking for summer interns and new full time employees for 2022.

Together with world leading partners, we have developed the first artificial intelligence for upstream oil & gas production optimization, leveraging big data and machine learning techniques to solve the dynamic stochastic optimization problem. Our software solution can be explained by three sequential steps;

DATA MINING AND PROCESSING

Our AI fuels on vast amounts of raw production data, capturing thousands of time series continuously sampled and tracing them back for years. Leveraging machine learning techniques for automatic pattern recognition and classification, the production data is refined and distilled through advanced statistical analyses and compressed to high-grade information through our proprietary and patented algorithm.

MACHINE LEARNING

The AI leverages multiple real-time machine learning systems working in parallel, combining hierarchical neural networks, first principle physics, statistical models, and truly known parameters. This enables our AI to capture and analyze the dynamics of the production system and separate reservoir effects from the production control responses such as choke positions, gas lift rates, artificial lift equipment, and network routing of the wells.

OPTIMIZATION

Leveraging the power of its predictive capabilities with up-to-date, fast and accurate models, the AI enables a continuous search for maximum with our patented optimization algorithm. The AI captures and calculates the uncertainties through the whole data pipeline from raw data to estimates to predictions. This enables you to exploit the upside potential in your system while managing downside risk through our tracking and stop loss functionality.
