Software Innovation

In this course we will first look at deployment and security aspects of developing a microservice platform, giving you insight into some of the challenges that exists related to authenticating requests between the services in the service platform. We will also look at how we can expose certain functionality that the services provide through a public REST API without compromising the keys used for authentication.

Lastly, we will look at some strategies for “smarter” continuous delivery where we try to find a balance between continuously deploying new versions to production and not breaking too much functionality at once.
